Ideal for pets recovering from orthopaedic surgery (e.g., cruciate repair, patella luxation) or musculoskeletal injuries such as sprains, strains, or soft-tissue trauma.

Why Physiotherapy:

After injury or surgery, there is often muscle atrophy, loss of joint movement, reduced weight-bearing, and impaired muscle control.

Research shows these deficits persist unless directly addressed through physiotherapy.

What’s Included:

• 6 weeks of progressive sessions (typically weekly or fortnightly, adjusted to case)
• Targeted manual therapy to restore joint range and reduce stiffness
• Individualised home exercise plan to promote safe, progressive muscle loading
• Laser therapy, acupuncture, dry needling or other treatments as indicated
• Re-assessment and progress tracking at week 3 and week 6

Expected Outcomes:

Improved comfort, joint mobility, and confidence using the affected limb, muscle activation and strengthening, with prevention post-operative complications.
